how the registry works

Each entry is filed under /p/<slug> and carries three fixed segments: NAME, which says what the thing is called and what it claims; SIGNALS, which lists what gives it away; and EXAMPLES, which works one case through and then shows how to break it. Puzzles swap the signals for a condition table and hide the working behind a fold.

Entries are released a few at a time rather than all at once, so the registry grows. Anything not yet released has no page and is not in the sitemap.
